Why Does Shipping Take Longer Now?

- Weather conditions can impact logistics and transportation, causing processing and shipping delays beyond our control.
- Strict quality control checks are conducted on all products before shipping, including inspections of materials, zippers, seams, embellishments, motifs, interiors, lining, and more.
- Quality checks ensure product quality but may add time to processing and shipping of your order.
- To maintain customer safety and health, strict disinfection of each parcel is performed before shipping, adding time to the shipping process.
Receiving Time = Processing Time(Normally 48 hours) + Shipping Time
How Do I Know if My Order Has Been Shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online. If you do not receive notification emails, please check your spam folder, account settings, and network connections to ensure that our emails safely reach your inbox.
Why Are Orders Sent in Separate Shipments?
- Products from your order may be located in different warehouses.
- Your multi-product order may exceed weight limits for a single box.
- The system automatically divides the package if your order contains pre-sale items.

After payment, it takes 1-3 days for the warehouse to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. We strive to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses or customs clearance issues. If you experience any shipping issues with your package, please contact Customer Support within 180 days of placing your order. Return & Refund
You may return items within 30 days from the date of package receipt. Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service (service@happynocnoc.com) to inform us which item(s) you want to return and why.
Step 2: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service to pack and ship the item(s).
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
*Return packages should be sent to the address provided by customer service.
Step 4: We will process your refund after receiving the returned item(s), which typically takes 5 days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.
Step 5: The refunded money will be back in your account within 1-3 business days.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

The foreign transaction fee is non-refundable.
- Please note that some bank cards may charge extra foreign transaction fees due to lack of USD settlement support. This fee will be included in your order payment and collected by the bank.
Return Conditions
- Non-refundable items include lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, diapers, wet wipes, baby supplies, and accessories (excluding scarves, bags, and blankets).
- The returned item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Clearance items (as notified on our website) or free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have not followed our instructions.
- Freight To Collect (FTC) service is not available for returned items.
